Take a full month to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your energy.
This gentle guided experience is designed for real life — for the busy seasons, the full days, and the moments when you can feel yourself drifting away from your center.
Over four weeks, you’ll be supported with simple, meaningful practices that help you move through your days feeling more grounded, present, and at ease.
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about creating space for what matters.
What You’ll Experience
A rhythm of small, supportive practices woven into your everyday life:
• Weekly recorded yoga class
• Guided meditations to help you reset, breathe, and find stillness
• The Calm & Connected digital workbook with daily journal pages, weekly habit trackers, and weekly reflections inspired by yoga philosophy
• Daily Sunday–Friday emails with gentle guidance, inspiration, and simple action steps

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be experienced in yoga or meditation?
Not at all. Everything inside Calm & Connected is beginner-friendly and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
How much time will this take each day?
Most daily practices take about 5–20 minutes, depending on how much you choose to write and reflect. Some days you may only spend a few quiet minutes with your breath and journal, and that is more than enough.
In addition, you’ll receive one optional 20-30 minute yoga practice each week, along with encouragement for gentle daily movement like walking or strength training ideas. These are here to support you - you can follow them in a way that works for your schedule and energy.
What if I miss a day or fall behind?
You can’t fall behind. This experience is designed for real life. All of the content is yours, and you can return to it whenever you need.
When will I receive access to the materials?
You’ll receive a welcome email on March 16 with your workbook, access links, and full program guidance.
How long will I have access?
You’ll have lifetime access to the practices so you can continue returning to them after the four weeks end.
Is this a live program?
The content is pre-recorded so you can move through it on your own schedule, while still receiving daily guidance and support through email.
What is your refund policy?
Because this is a digital program, and you’ll be receiving access to all of the materials, all sales are final.
